FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Los Angeles - "How to Conduct a Vulnerability
Audit," scheduled for January 14, 2004, will be the first of
12-20 crisis management teleseminars to be conducted in 2004 by
Jonathan Bernstein, president of Bernstein Crisis Management, LLC.
Website: www.bernsteincrisismanagement.com.
Jonathan Bernstein is also editor/publisher of Crisis
Manager, a 13,000-reader email newsletter whose subscribers he polled
to determine what topics would be of the most interest.
"My subscribers most wanted to know how to do
the real guts of crisis planning, determining what vulnerabilities
their organization must address," Bernstein said. "I've
developed a proprietary process for doing that, which I've never
before discussed publicly."
Each teleseminar will be one hour long, and will either
feature a solo presentation by an expert source or what Bernstein
calls a "talk show format" in which he is the host and
is questioning one or more experts. Audiences for all teleseminars
will have ample time to ask questions, and the $95 registration
fee also purchases the right to ask follow-up questions by email.
For those who can't attend, all events will be recorded and sold
on CD-ROM.
"I wanted to keep these programs affordable for
individual PR practitioners and professionals outside the PR field
who are crisis managers whether they want to be or not," Bernstein
said.
The second teleseminar, on January 28, will tell attendees
how to prevent or respond to nasty media tricks, a topic Bernstein
first addressed in "Keeping the Wolves at Bay: A Media Training
Manual," released early in 2003.
Information on current teleseminars will be posted
at The Crisis Manager online store, www.thecrisismanager.com,
where interested parties can also register for the programs.
