Are Actuaries Best-Suited for Enterprise Risk Management?

Today’s organizations face financial, credit and operational risks that are often analyzed by specific groups on a standalone basis. But Timothy Essaye, a senior consultant with Towers Perrin, writes that it is becoming increasingly necessary to aggregate this information up to the enterprise level.
